Kefir Queen Penelope started her business to share her love for water kefir, kombucha and kimchi and has since attracted a devoted local following who celebrate the tremendous health benefits of raw ferments. She harvests daily from her garden and combined with locally grown, no-spray produce she lovingly handcrafts the range in her purpose built commercial kitchen and plant based fermentary.

All her nutrient-dense, small-batch products are free from artificial cultures, dairy, gluten, refined sugar and preservatives. And they’re delicious!
